📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organization development and people management.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
