As a Logistics Staff, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that our products are distributed to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our team to maintain accurate records, manage stock levels, and ensure that our operations are running at peak efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar software.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods.
• Oversee the distribution of goods to customers, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes as needed.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and procurement activities.
• Assist in the implementation of new inventory management systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or logistics.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian logistics and supply chain regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
