📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and optimize routes using GPS and route planning software.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
• Provide support to drivers with any issues or concerns, ensuring smooth communication and resolution.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and fleet management.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using GPS and route planning software such as Google Maps, Waze, or similar.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
