📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE management systems and procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and incidents.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs to project teams and contractors.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management in the construction industry.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
