📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance production capabilities and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Utilize advanced manufacturing software such as ERP systems, CAD tools, and quality management systems.
• Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build professional relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably in metal fabrication.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production facilities and teams.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
