In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the performance of our MD teams, ensuring that our retail displays are visually appealing, strategically placed, and aligned with our sales goals. As an MD Supervisor, you will be responsible for training and mentoring your team, implementing best practices in merchandise display, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. You will use tools like Retail Pro and Microsoft Excel to track performance and sales data, and you will have the opportunity to grow within our company as we continue to expand our retail footprint across Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate the performance of the MD team, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
• Train and mentor MD staff on display techniques, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
• Optimize merchandise displays to maximize sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the retail manager.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inventory, to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of display initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Attend and participate in regular team meetings and company events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the retail industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving merchandise displays.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, such as Retail Pro or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with retail merchandising principles and techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
