📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct workshops and consultations to understand client needs and challenges.

• Advise on remote work policies and tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
• Create and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of remote work tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
