📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Optimize product listings on our e-commerce platforms to improve visibility and sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports to the management on the performance of the dropshipping operations.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or dropshipping.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
