📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
