📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to meet organizational goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and activities.,Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team.,Participate in training and development programs for team members.,Report to management on the status of operations and any issues that require attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for monitoring and managing operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
