📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design and construction plans are implemented correctly.
  • Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
  • Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage and supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that all project objectives are met.
  • Ensure that all construction materials and equipment are used efficiently and effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Experience working on premium construction projects is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
