📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR systems and tools to streamline recruitment and employee management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Screen and evaluate job applicants, conducting interviews and assessments.,Coordinate with other HR departments to ensure a smooth hiring process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of HR systems and software, such as ATS, CRM, or HRIS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
