📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update safety documentation and records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of operations.,Promote a safety-conscious culture within the organization.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management in a similar role.,Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and enforcing safety protocols.,Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
