📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Evaluate and compare supplier quotes to ensure the best value for money.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and maintain detailed procurement reports and documentation.,Participate in regular meetings and discussions with the management team to discuss procurement strategies and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
