📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for economics competitions.
• Create comprehensive study materials, including textbooks, workbooks, and online resources.
• Provide personalized mentorship to students, helping them to develop their analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure our students achieve top rankings in national and international economics competitions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in economics and competition formats.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the academy.
• Promote the academy's values and mission to students and parents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching economics or related subjects.
• Proven track record of success in preparing students for national and international economics competitions.
• Strong knowledge of economics principles, theories, and current events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent.
