📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Lead and supervise a team of waitstaff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.,Take and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring food and beverages are served promptly.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Address guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of waitstaff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of menu items and pricing.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality training or certifications are a plus.
