Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
• Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitoring and analyzing supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Leading and mentoring the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in leading supply chain teams.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive supply chain improvements.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
