📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervising and training staff to ensure high service standards.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Conducting regular store audits to maintain quality standards.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation.
• Promoting a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
