📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert sales advice and consultative services to customers in-store and remotely.,Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs and preferences.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.,Conduct regular store audits and suggest improvements to enhance the shopping experience.,Stay updated with industry trends and new product releases to provide accurate information to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
