📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Managing office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities

Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies

Assisting with office maintenance and security

Providing support to the team with any administrative needs

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Maintaining office records and documents

Assisting with event planning and coordination

Providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience

Proven experience as a GA Staff or similar administrative role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with office management software and tools

Ability to work well in a team environment

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

Fluent in Indonesian and English
