📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage exploration projects, including geophysical surveys, geological mapping, and drilling programs
• Conduct feasibility studies and resource assessments to evaluate the economic viability of potential mineral deposits
• Develop and implement exploration strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geologists, engineers, and environmental specialists, to ensure the successful execution of exploration projects
• Monitor and report on exploration progress, including budget, schedule, and technical performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the mining and mineral exploration sector
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral exploration, with a proven track record of successfully identifying and developing new mineral deposits
• Strong knowledge of geophysical survey techniques, geological mapping, and drilling programs
• Proficient in using industry-standard software, such as Oasis Montaj, Surpac, and Vulcan
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Valid mining license and certifications, such as Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) or Certified Mining Professional (CMP)
• Strong understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations in the mining industry
