📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by following recipes and standards.,Maintain and clean the pastry area, including equipment and utensils.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Stay updated with the latest baking techniques and trends.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English as an advantage.
