📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Create and deliver training materials and resources to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Certification in learning and development or a related field is a plus.
