Puskesmas Cahya Kebab is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to manage our store operations and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Oversee the performance of store staff, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall store performance goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent customer service skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.
